2. EXPLORING YOUR FINANCING OPTIONS
Once you have a good idea of your priorities and your budget, it is a good idea to line up your financing. Most Agents and Sellers will require you to be pre-qualified for a mortgage before submitting an offer. 3. Once you have found a home and have it under contract, follow these steps to ensure you do your due diligence
